This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Biz Flow Craft (bizflowcraft.com) collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have. We collect as little data as possible and never sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Biz Flow Craft is an independent publication about business process automation, AI for business and web development, created and edited by Jhonatan Alves, based in Brazil. For the purposes of data protection laws, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, plus the technical data needed to run the website.

We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Today, Biz Flow Craft uses only cookies that are necessary for the website to work:

  • Session cookie (PHPSESSID): keeps temporary information during your visit, such as confirmation messages and view counting. It is deleted when you close your browser.
  • Security cookies set by Cloudflare: help protect the website against malicious traffic.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some features, such as posting comments.

If we add advertising or analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting them.

4. Third-party services

To run the website, we use trusted providers. When your browser loads their resources, they may receive technical data such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies:

5. Advertising and affiliate links

Some articles may contain affiliate links. If you buy a product through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate partners may use cookies to track the referral. This never influences our editorial assessments.

In the future, we may display ads through Google AdSense or similar networks. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. 6. How long we keep data

  • Comments: while the comment is published, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact messages: for as long as needed to answer you, and up to 12 months afterward.
  • Technical logs: for the period defined by our hosting and security providers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Brazilian LGPD, the European GDPR and the California CCPA give you rights over your personal data. You can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process your data and give you a copy of it
  • Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will reply within 15 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption on every page, protection against malicious traffic, restricted access to the administration area and secure database queries. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users and authorities of any relevant incident, as required by law.

9. Children's privacy

Biz Flow Craft is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 18 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
